Hilscher netField Setup Guide

1. Sign up for SwarmGuard

Please sign up for a SwarmGuard account.
Download the SwarmGuard Industrial mobile application from either the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store by scanning the QR code below.
Open the app and sign in with your account (email address and authentication code).

2. Add SwarmGuard to your applications

Log in to the netField Cloud Web UI.
Select Software and Artifacts ➤ Applications.
Select + Add App.
On the tab General, set your preferences according to your use case.
Switch to the tab + Add version.
In the field Version, enter latest (or, if you need a specific version, the actual version number).
In the field Image URI, enter swarmguard/agent-hilscher:latest (or, if you need a specificversion, replace latest with the actual version number).
Select the Registry type Public.
Select the Processor architecture that matches your device.
Paste the following JSON document into the Container create options field:

Save the application version by selecting Save.

3. Deploy the newly created application

Select Software and Artifacts ➤ Applications.
Mark the newly created SwarmGuard application by ticking the checkbox left of it.
Select Deploy in the top right corner of the application list.
Select the devices where you want to install SwarmGuard.
Select Review and deploy.
Select Deploy.

4. Add more devices to your swarm network

Repeat steps 2 and 3 for additional devices.
